Have you ever looked at Nature…flowers, mountains, oceans — and marvelled at the beauty?  These are universal, common experiences for many, perhaps most people. Yet, it’s odd that we don’t look at ourselves and others this way.

If all flowers are beautiful and all mountains are beautiful, why can’t all women be beautiful?  If we can see beauty in animals, nature, and children…we shouldn’t have to stretch our imagination too much to include ourselves with the rest of nature.

It’s a matter of harmony.  Just as there is already beauty and harmony in all of nature, there is already beauty in people. We can learn to see it.  If you walked in nature with someone who did not see the beauty, would you change your opinion and not see beauty?  Unlikely.

What is Harmony?

Harmony is a pleasing or congruent arrangement of parts. You are not “randomly assembled.” As part of nature, you are put together harmoniously.  In studying thousands of women (and men) we studied how humans are put together very congruently.  Nature is very consistent in giving giraffes long necks and zebras get stripes.  These same Harmony Patterns exist in all people of all ethnicities and in precisely the same ways.

The pattern in you is there whether you see it or not.  Just because a flower doesn’t see its harmony, doesn’t mean it’s not there.  Fortunately, unlike a flower, you have the ability to discover your harmony.  When you see your harmony, you’ll experience that you are already beautiful. Your clothes don’t make you beautiful, they enhance the beauty you already have.  Your make-up doesn’t make you beautiful, it brings out the beauty you already have.

You discover your true beauty when you stop trying to be anyone else.  Just be you. When you look for and discover the beauty and the harmony – it’s there!  Since I discovered the patterns in people, people have become even more beautiful to me.

Harmony leads you into finding your true worth and value. Each person’s goal should be to find their true value.  We may not yet be trained in this, but it is possible. We have taught thousands of people to see the harmony in the natural pattern in their face.

Some avoid beauty because of their fear of being vain. Vanity, well defined as “undue or excessive pride,” is not desirable. However, finding harmony in yourself does not create vanity because it is not excessive pride. It’s looking at the truth. You are seeing reality, just as when you see beauty in flowers or trees.

Harmony builds your confidence — the quality or state of being certain. Confidence builds your belief and trust in yourself and one’s powers without any suggestion of conceit or arrogance.

You can be certain that you are part of Nature. As part of Nature, you can be certain that you are beautiful…and that others are beautiful.  You can learn to find strength in being you and being harmonious.

Be true to you and learn to see your harmony.
